{ Pure Michigan / Bed & Breakfast Vacation & Review }

Wow , it feels like I haven't been on here in ages! If you haven't noticed, I took a week hiatus & spent a few days enjoying 'Pure Michigan' @ an amazing Bed & Breakfast with my  husband! The stay & vacation were both phenomenal to say the least! I snapped about 200 shots &we both managed to turn a lobster red color, even with sunscreen { porcelain skin problems  ha-ha}! We left Friday & stayed until Sunday & let me tell you we didn't want to leave!!  This was our first stay at a Bed & Breakfast & the quaint, cozy & warm touches definitely made us LOVE the experience.   We stayed at the Torch Lake Bed & Breakfast ,& Deb & Mike { the owners} were amazing .We loved every minute of our quaint stay! Check out below some of the  highlights from our stay !

Drive along the beautiful winding shore line of Torch lake!

The B&B sets high atop a hill overlooking Torch Lake. You go past the B&B & turn onto a tiny private drive lined with beautiful homes & gardens looking over gorgeous fields.

Torch Lake B&B !

The decks/ gardens & walk to our room !

The hot tub is perfect for star gazing over the lake at night!

The room was filled with cozy beach charm & the fridge / bathroom were both stocked with lush complimentary goods!

Each morning you're welcomed into Mike & Debs grand kitchen & family room for a delicious gourmet 3 course breakfast overlooking Torch Lake! Hows that for starting off the day?!

The private dock is stocked with kayaks,paddle boards , swimming & lounging goods, radio & snorkeling gear!!

The crystal clear blue water of Torch Lake, MI! No wonder it's voted 3rd prettiest lake in the world by National Geographic!

Mark getting our kayaks ready for us :)

Not only is Torch lake amazing ,but Lake Michigan is only 2 miles down the street. There is a public beach access with beautiful & warm sandy beaches awaiting you! The views , antique shops,beaches, & quaint Pure Michigan escape are definitely all combined within Central Michigan/Torch Lake.

Public beach to Lake Michigan!

Of course we had to stop at some country junkin shops!!

In town looking at some cute little shops...so quiet & peaceful!!!

Once a blogger always a blogger ..

We stopped in at Fudgee's too! They were voted best ice cream in 2009 by Good Morning America!!
